LAMINATION:

 Our lamination process combines two (or three) 3mm sheets together via heat processing, which binds them, as opposed to competitors using glue. Our bonding process guarantees the integrity of your Nautical Decking under even the harshest outdoor environments.

DESIGN:

Our in-house CNC capabilities routes through the top 3mm layer of our premium PE/EVA foam, exposing the color underneath. Beveled edges provide an upscale look and feel. Straight edged or embossed fabrications are also a pleasing pallet from which you may choose.
